**********Attention all modes of transportation **********

Although marijuana use is legal in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, Virginia, Rhode Island, and Maine, it remains a Schedule 1 drug, and using it will result in a violation of Federal Department of Transportation regulations!

Marijuana use is still prohibited under DOT regulations.

This means that medical marijuana is also unacceptable.

Be cautious: CBD oil may contain enough THC to produce a positive drug test result, which is a violation.

Department Of Transportation Evaluations

Evaluations for Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Railroad Administrations (FRA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), United States Coast Guard (USCG) and Pipeline Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) for employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol program regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.

Unions/Companies will be offered discounted rates on evaluations.
