A Message from the Director
As the Program Director, Founder, and Owner of Tri-State EAP Services, Inc., I bring both professional expertise and personal dedication to this work. With over 18 years of experience serving unions, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique mission, needs, and challenges faced by union members and their families.
My credentials include:
Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP)
CASAC 2 – Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor
ICADC – Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor
LAP-C – Labor Assistance Professional, Certified
NCAC 1 – National Certified Addiction Counselor
DOT-Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP)
Before founding Tri-State EAP Services, Inc., I spent 12 years working within an established EAP, where I supported countless union members and their dependents in navigating behavioral health challenges. I have seen firsthand how difficult it can be to take that first step and ask for help—which is why I make it a priority to personally answer calls and advocate for the highest quality care, always grounded in confidentiality, compassion, and cost-effectiveness.
Today, I am proud to lead a program that continues to grow while remaining firmly rooted in service. I look forward to supporting new members and employees with the same tireless commitment that has defined my career.
When you're ready, we're here for you.
